I bought more shares today to vote no, but this increase in volume could indicate a shift either way or some of the predators could be swapping shares amongst themselves trying to create false impressions.  WE only need 1/3 of the votes to shoot this down.

The Core BOD never thought the truth would come out about this dodgy deal!

It certainly looks like they're simply lurching from one crisis to the next without considering how their actions to try to solve a short term problem impact the bigger picture.

For example, amending out the "go shop" clause from the original agreement and increasing the break fee without explanation or justification was an interesting decision. Clearly, it was an attempt by the Board of Directors to deal with the alternate deal Keith Piggott brought forward. But by taking that action, the Board of Directors clearly announced their real intentions for all to see and demonstrated without any possible doubt that the "go shop" clause was not put into agreement in good faith.

The alternate view is that the Board of Directors aren't as myopic as the above action suggests and they HAD to amend out the go-shop clause because Keith brought such a superior offer (and it was a real offer - not vaporware as the company NR claimed).

Either way, this Board of Directors has zero credibilty or integrity as a result of their own actions.
