The latest financials also list a number of other share purchase warrants, as at January 31, 2019.
Summing them up quickly and roughly, I'm seeing over 12 million with an exercise price of $0.90, over 1.4 million at $1.25, and over 20 million at $1.50.
I guess there would also be the warrants from the
latest PP, with an exercise price of $0.80, that wouldn't be included in the January 31 counts.
I wonder how quickly we'll start to see those exercised, assuming the RQB share price rises enough.
i have noticed that too.......important thing is
1. its private placements:
2.even those warrants are having acceleration clauses`:
such as:
18/03/2019 warrants-nonbrokered private placement Company issued
3,523,832 units Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of CDN $0.80 per share for a period of two (2) years from the closing of the Financing, subject to accelerated expiry in the event the closing price of the Company’s shares is greater than
CDN$1.60 for ten consecutive trading days.
June 28, 2018- a nonbrokered private placement of up to
7,142,857 units Each Unit will consist of one common share in the equity of the Company and one share purchase warrant (the “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of CDN $0.90 per share for a period of three (3) years from the closing of the Financing, subject to accelerated expiry in the event the closing price of the Company’s shares is greater than
CDN$2.00 for ten consecutive trading days now imaging SP $1.60 for 10 days and then getting first privately held warrants accelerated and if SP $2+ for 10 days getting both warrants accelerated......... that will put RQB in huge cash position....and the CSE RQB.WT warrants which we hold as an investors will be ``in the money ``and will be getting accelerated as well........
