My underanding, and I could be wrong, but a company can communicate to public when the application is actually submitted/filed and not before then. This is why OGI IR Amy can only respond to questions on the topic by stating that the topic is being discussed and nothing further about any actual decisions or status.
I think we are all just guessing about when this is going to happen, and my guess would be between the 2nd and 3rd quarter results.... too late now unless it's next week....if they announce and are listed before the 3rd quarter results, then when 3rd quarter results are announced the price will skyrocket!
We all love to speculate, but one thing for sure...it's inevitable!!!!!
You are most likely correct on what you are saying..it makes sense alright, because I think we are getting a little too close to the 15th for something like a big uplisting to be announced..but..stranger things have happened for sure. Assuming you are correct, that nothing can be released before a request for listing has been submitted or file..it goes back to my original question...so where does submitting/filing fall in the process...is that the first step, and maybe they haven't gotten everything together to be able to do it yet...or would it be the last step after everything else has been done, so that beyond that everything is just a formality. I understand Amy at IR is restricted in what she can say and I totally understand. It was just something I have been wondering about and cannot seem to find anything definitve in print..anyways you are correct..it is inevitalbe..it will happen..when?..remains to be seen..but everyday that we knock off the calendar towards the 15th now it would make sense that it would likely be in time for the 3rd quarter results..that would definitely be a huge catalyst for the stock..we are getting bamboozled day in and day out on the Venture exchange and we desereve so much better...glta
