Special Meeting could it be a takeover by Sundial?

Is it a coincidence that the founder of Sundial Growers Stanley J. Swiatek is also part of Sugarbud? Could he have help set Sugarbud up to do a reverse takeover with Sundial and bring them onto the market. Could explain the big volume ! Or maybe its nothing lol
