ICC-Wayl-Demecan ICC sold it's participation in Demecan around Jan 23 Why doing it
The answer maybe related to this :
Wayland joint venture with Demecan GMHB and got a 600 kg a year (2 400 kg over the 4 years period). I don't know the % of Wayl in the joint venture but I know that ICC sold it's participation in Demecan around Jan 23 (Could be related to Wayl ICC transaction) and Wayl first invest around August 2018 in Demecan. The entire deal (ICC buying 49% of Wayland international assets) might be related to the Germany's medical cultivation licenses bid.
