If you own some weed stocks (or any company) that have them on the books, think long and hard about whether you still want to own them.
Don't be too hard on equity insight- they are doing what they are paid to do.
The alternative here was the holders called the loan in Aug and forced a conversion sub .05 and no loan from gov if they see change of control coming.
I'm not lecturing, just saying.
look what debt does to you in another industry-
Bxe (gas mostly) was north of 50 bucks in 2014. Granted, poor market,but...
after latest proposal for shares for debt- 30 cents and guess who will own the company.
