Of course, that is what a pumper wants, but is it reality?

According to the NR regarding the merger, the following is required by the regulators;
"

Financial Plan: a financial plan or other evidence demonstrating that the Company has, or will have upon closing, the financial resources to close the Acquisition;

Financial Statements: audited financial statements for Unifire;

Transaction Agreement: the transaction agreement(s), including relevant underlying agreements;

Personal Information Form(s): a completed personal information form for any new insider of the Company, if applicable;

Business Plan: a business plan for the Acquisition; and

Filing Fees: the applicable fee as prescribed by TSXV Policy 1.3 – Schedule of Fees.

So pretty much everything Lucas wants released over a span of days or weeks, will have to be released concurrent with the approval of the merger, as it is material.

I simply don't understand why Lucas doesn't understand something so simple, and why no one has the balls to correct the continuous flow of misinformation?

Things like this should really make a lot of potential investors question wtf is actually going on with these anonymous posters. They are making promises MRS simply cannot keep, and IMO, they are damaging the company in a material way.

I want MRS to succeed, and I want the merger to go through. But after all of the bs that has been posted here and on the other site, I will wait for the actual facts to be released, and ignore the garbage that, unfortunately, is the lifeblood of internet chat boards.
