Personally I don't  see any reason at all for concern with the recent personnel moves at OGI and the resignation of a director...The resignation of Dr Mitton comes as no surprise to me a all. He has been involved with OGI since the beginning . I am sure he has done very well financially from his involvement, but he has been divesting himself of shares over the last year and a half so I am guessing he is just easing out to sit back and enjoy his profits and retirement. No reason for concern there.
Appointing James Cavanaugh seems like a smart move. He has a wealth of global experience in design and implementation in manufacturing...big plus

Appointing Matt Rogers and Tina Shannon to the senior management team as Plant Manager and Director of Human Resources respectively , shows me that Greg is a person who recognizes and encourages hard work and loyalty, and will reward those that follow that path. Besides both of those individuals have been instrumental in the rapid growth and success of OGI in their respective categories....big plus

As far as Mike Tripp who was Chief Legal Officer moving on..truthfully I cannot speak to that because he isn't someone we have heard much about..maybe he just needed a change of scenery or had another job offer..I wouldn't read too much into that.
Guillermo Del Monte is the person I am least surprised at leaving. There isn't a lot of evidence that he did much at all on the international front given his supposed track record, and I believe Greg recognized that, and moved on it..I think with the appointment of Cavanaugh we are going to see a different and more sustained focus on improving OGI's global footprint...
All in all, I think smart necessary moves..Greg is no fool and we are lucky to have someone at the helm that makes the necessary changes required to stay front and center for the good of the company and investors..If you don't make the tough necessary changes, even though they may be tough...well...............anyone remember Sears?.........
