This stock is now trading at lees than 0.02 cents a share, based on a pre-consolidated basis. Where is the BOD and management on this? The capital structure had too many shares and needed to be consolidated. A REAL BOD whould have orchestrated a two punch delivery. 1. Consolidation followed with a business plan to somehow ad shareholder value. The clowns have wacked shareholder value and market cap continues to get killed! What is the game plan for corporate development, and ultimately, buid sharholder value?
