Choom Holdings Inc CHOOF

Choom Holdings Inc. is a Canada-based retail cannabis company, which is established as store networks in Canada. The Company’s Choom brand is inspired by Hawaii's Choom Gang, a group of buddies in Honolulu, who loved to smoke weed or, as the locals call it, Choom. The Choom Gang pursued a ‘live in the moment’ lifestyle and their energy has helped shape the Choom culture, which is rooted in the shared belief of cultivating time with friends. The Company is focused on delivering an elevated customer experience through its curated retail environments, offering a diversity of brands for Canadians across a national retail network. The Company operates through two segments: Retail Cannabis and Corporate Operations. The Company’s business strategy is to build retail cannabis chains, with locations across Canada in the provinces that allow for private retailers.

Closed at $0.62 TodaySo we wait for the LOIs in Alberta, Florida, New Jersey, and posture for one store to be opened in Ontario. Its time to pull the trigger Mr. Bogart. Been sitting on the pot building out dreams and paper for some time.
RE: the "E" commerce platform - what is it? No one has seen it, no screen shots on the site its a paper chase just like the LOIs. the proof is in the proverbial pudding. If the Ontario store doesnt open up by mid May you can bet there is a rat in the room and this will be driven deep into the low teens if not single digitis in short order. It will be picked up by a giant who will walk away with everything for pennies. The big boys are playing hardball with this one and every day that goes by means anohter day for the big bioys to plan their strategy - thatis if they are not aleady enacting it and already gotten to management - this can play out in several ways... including a reverse buyback by Forbes. Time shall tell and I hope this is on the up and up but the delays and standoffishness from the delas already made are questionable. Why do the LOI on th e3 open stores in Alberta if they are up and running? What gives here ?
