RE:RE:Flower One Announces Closing of $50 Million Public Offering

RE:RE:Flower One Announces Closing of $50 Million Public Offeringthe principle is $1000 per deb- for convenience sake, add a '0' to the quote you see- therefore, every debenture is now worth $1150 per $1000 invested.

the debenture is convertible into 384.6 shares of FONE- this is calculated by taking $1000 and dividing by the price at issue (2.60)

the warrants are not attached to the debenture- they were seperated upon settlement of the financing, and now trade on their own under the symbol fone.wt.
