Morguard bought 21 of the 25 million available.
G2S2 owned 4.5 million shares prior and would have that number of rights.
They excercised 868k, leaving 3.6 million rights not excercised by G2S2.
Burgundy and Mr. Nunn both held aprox 4% prior.
If Armoyan did not flip the rights, he was diluted down from 18% to 10.7%
I will leave it up to you, but I don't think it his style.
The last TPH information circular just listed Morguard as a holder of over 10%
In any event, most shareholders let their rights go.
