Ont. Budget

Ont. BudgetWhat are we expecting here on Thursday for an increase in store sales allowance in the Ont. budget? The way this is acting it could be significant. I've been on about the seller from TD over the last several months. However, in the last few months a TD buyer has showed up and has bought the bulk of shares sold in that period. Lately they have been hitting the ask without hesitation. Many believe that TA doesn't really apply to pennyy stocks, but in my experience it works the same in all markets. This one looks to me like it could be set to break out.  Wouldn't it be nice to have a release on a new customer in the near term?
