And just which operating issues are you referring to?  What I see is the last 2 acquisitions came with lower margins.  It takes time to turn that around.  Six to eighteen months minimum for any new add on.  There are likely supplier contracts for parts that have to be renegotiated but can't be until the contract expires.  Manufacturing processes that need to be streamlined but can't be until proper analysis of operations is completed.  Duplication of administration that need to be streamlined but again can't be until properly reviewed.

Nobody is failing.  From my perspective it is simply unreasonable expectations.  The instant gratification generation.
