I wouldn't sell if it were my shares

I wouldn't sell if it were my sharesAfter speaking to Jeff I added to my position yesterday.  A small regret that I cancelled the bid I had in (which I mentioned in a prior post by the way) but who cares.   I mean I would have been easily filled, and I ended up paying more but I bought 2x more than my x bid so the leverage from owning more will yield more profits very quickly if things workout  as I hope, as I expect.

- don't get your shorts tied up in knots from R's article.   Quotes from a PREPA oversight committee meeting. It allows everyone to say something on the record.  You make the whole workd aware of your hard word and dedication including PR, voters at home and campaign contributors .  These are all my words but you should get the drift.  It's a story of sound bites, think lots of smoke and soon after the meeting they will all work together on the solution, lol.

- there are multiple solar projects being bid on, and they have rebid the Montalva project .  The new bid reflects today's reality - a large decrease in solar panel costs, an $xx million upgrade to withstand class 5 hurricanes. "Same outcome" which I heard as equivalent bottom line.. this makes 100% sense and I did not ask but I am sure our lawsuit remains on the books!

- we should not need the lawsuit to win.  The GRB proposal could be described as professional, thorough, smart and right priced ( all my words). Well received. Grb is trusted.

- i sm no longer concerned about acrimony or bad blood.  The current PREPA bossman is something like the 5 th leader they ve had in a year.  ILOL.  Sounds like this group of PREPA board members has as much to do w prior actions as you and I.  They understand how Grb was messed up, they didn't do it.  Big distinction!

- project is 100mw and the biggest one being being Looked at for awarding. The projects are a step toward the planned solar  future and by no means comes close to the kind of MW discussed in the IRP.

- Luis Baco  is our consultant and a HUGE asset In PR and Washington

-  they feel they will  awarded Montalva soon.

Ssge

- Edwards absolutely wants housing in Tehachapi, as much as GRB wants them to have it.

- There are guys, officers, who have taken early retirement because they can't take the housing situation anymore.  Tehachapi does NOT Have the drug problem seen in other cities closer to Edwards,   It's home to many correctional officers, it is safe and of course Sage provides brand new housing.

- Jeff is really optimistic and I agree.  Currrently  doing traffic, noise studies

RB

- getting .sooo close to being  a business.  he's allowed the systems guys the xtra time they asked for but getting so close to letting it loose and get going with nee customers,  there are firms waiting to get on waiting for Grb to flick the switch

+ I think we may not need to wait much longer before the first new customer,   Imo it sounds like inside of a month.

One really great thing I heard was Jeff saying he understands the frustration of shareholders.  He gets it.   Just the messenger, I'm very long as you know.
