"why anyone woud ever want to grow outdoors in the northern hemisphere is a bit of a mystery."-- This I can actually agree with.

 

As for CBD-- Wont be able to hold it back for long-- As for the states with the farm bill being passed I believe things look positive going forward-- as of now non Cannabis derived CBD is fine (Hemp)--- CBD Derived from Cannabis will only be legally availe in states that allow it--- With Barrs congressional hearing tip toeing egarding cannabis regulation for the future seems promising--- Federal Cannabis legalization will be pushed hard next Election--- And believe me-- it will be an option on both parties table.
