Also,  it should be noted,  that very very few people have actually gone to jail or paid their judgements IF convicted of securities fraud in Canada...........

The real problem in Canada IS that securities crimes in Canada actually DO pay off for the
white collar criminals,   and they have for a  long time.

Take a look at Newport Exploration, its an easy one....to follow.    Company has a royalty in Aussie.  Right before it starts to "pay"   the company does a PP with warrants.   Some ofthe warrants are still out there today.    The insiders purchase all the PP.  Then they vend a property to the company for even more shares.    The property is held by another company controlled by the  Newport BOD.   They get more shares for this property.   Then the RSU's and Options are issued..............All of this goesdown BEFORE there is any meaning full disclosure about the Aussie royalty and the operator on the Aussie oil property..........

When they DO finally disclose the operator and the property and the royalty  NWX starts to liftoff.     AFTER you have been diluted as public shareholders.
