RE:Bonify

RE:Bonify
I'm not really sure about the valuation, but I was curious about the Bonify facility a few months ago when RQB's involvement was announced.

No idea how relevant its details are today, but earlier I saw this 2017 article that appears to be about Bonify's Winnipeg facility -

It has some photos and a short video supposedly showing different parts of the inside of the facility.

The article also stated this -
The 320,000 square-foot inner city warehouse is situated on a number of acres that could potentially be expanded to a million square feet of production space.

Bonify's web site lists "422 Jarvis Avenue" in Winnipeg as the headquarters address.

That address does appear to be a large, older, warehouse-style building. It seems plausible to me that it's the facility, rather than just the location of an office, for example.

It wasn't clear to me how much of it they might be using.

It also wasn't clear to me if they own/lease/control nearby properties, like 440 Jarvis Avenue or the mostly-empty parcel across Jarvis. But there does appear to be at least some nearby space that might be available for a future expansion.
