They had happy hour when I was a teenager. There were no issues with it. People socialized, made friends and ejoyed one another's company.
Now there are laws for just about everything. Restricting lifestyle choices and suppressing social interaction. Adults should be allowed, without government intervention, to make choices and live how one sees fit.
