What does TV want? Carry PLI forward or screw investors?It is not clear what YV wants to do and why it is suddenly putting a halt to complete the job of carrying (financing) PLI until the coming FDA approval and revenues. The current stress in PLI SP is totally due to this hesitancy on the part of TV - why are they forcing the issue now so close to success and a positive revenue stream? TV can pump the stock by the mere NR that they are still financially supporting the the company which was the whole point of the extension to 2024. Have they changed their mind, or was this the plan all along? TV declare yourself.
If there should be a major restructuring (not BK) won't that HAVE TO GO TO A VOTE BY SHAREHOLDERS FIRST BEFORE THAT CAN BE DONE!
