Huge Debt to be Repaid

With no revenue coming in now or in the forseeable future, how will nexgen ever pay all the money that they owe? Will they just keep on borrowing and paying higher rates?
Kinda reminds me of what Trudeau does. I believe there is big trouble brewing.
