He saw an opportunity to enrich himself and systematically devalued the company setting up an acquisition at massive discount. The bidding process was rigged, there were stronger offers than the Gulf Bridge group. Blair arranged interim financing with gulf bridge and continued to tank the company boxing out all other interested groups. Does he think he can get away with this? Perhaps. The hit piece published Wednesday is a desperate attempt to cover his tracks. He can’t allow shareholders to appoint a new board and expose his criminal activities. Blair Jordan has never had the best interests of shareholders. He needs to company to fail. He belongs in Jail.
