CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Due to the time frame and sheer expense of the phases, dilution was and should be expected if their projections are correct, which i believe they will be, dilution is not that big of an issue to get to where we need to be. Its a necessary, expected integral part of advancing forward longterm..
