I am happy for Aphria the GGB mess is over too.. Aphria also announced that it has struck a deal that will see Green Growth Brands Inc. drop its hostile takeover offer. "Green Growth says its offer will now expire on April 25 instead of May 9. The company has also agreed to pay $89 million for 27.3 million of its shares held by GA Opportunities Corp." I don't fully comprehend the above release regarding GGB. Anyone care to shed light on this statement? Positive for APHA?
