Its portfolio includes Phase I clinical trial of sudocetaxel zendusortide (TH1902), a novel peptide-drug conjugate (PDC), in patients with advanced ovarian cancer.

This was a long time ago ( but after 2007), can't remenber the exact date,. There was a big seloff of shares on the market and a few days latter Theratechnologies came back with an offering much lower then the trading price before the sell off. I believe the price was around 3$. The volume today is lighter then that but the pattern looks the same.
