ARX: M&A Thoughts

ARX: M&A ThoughtsConsidering the news of Chevron buying Anadarko and the ensuing speculation of additional M&A activity, I am of the mind that one of two things could be on the horizon for ARX (not certain of a time frame): acquire or be acquired.

I don't think buying is on the radar of ARX management just yet but who can say for sure...

On the possibility of ARX being acquired... Something about the management style of the business makes me think this could happen. Good stewardship of capital and control of costs in general make the business itself more attractive on a fundamental basis. Throw in a depressed share price (currently trading near ALL-TIME LOWS) and you have, in my opinion, a prime candidate with a great market presence and future prospects...

Just my thoughts. Feedback is welcome!
