No Way !! If they Get the license it's $1.50 in a heartbeat. Then sales with long term contracts will take it from there. 9 million shares today says people who know this end of the business are taking speculative positions.
Compare LABS or VGW among others in this universe.

This is the $8 mil dollar Bar . I like th analogy.
