Banks Sold at $25 and $20 and thenevened out their accounts @$13.00 so they are happy with the secondary offering. With the price of Palladium hovering around $1400.00 they are probably shaking as many shares out before they decide to go long on the stock. Its very annoying that the MM's are able to hold the price at current levels and slowly bring it down. Once they have their fill of shares I expect some type of promotion or stock analyst recommendations to increase the price. GLTA Longs.
