CCE and UCU

CCE and UCUI watched a video yesterday where CCE'S CEO was really excited about a MOU executed with UCU. This MOU was signed in June 2017. I want to understand what happened next but did not find info on it. Can someone direct me to a source explaining what happened next? I presume it did not go through but I would be interested to know why.
