The decline in sp is mostly caused by forces beyond the control of management. However I must add that management is not beyond reproach. For example, the bad timing of the massive insider selling, the cash free warrant initiative, the subpar performance of Ernest Cleave during the CCs are some "faux pas" that don't help the situation at all. Furthermore management should focus on removing uncertainties and most importantly must avoid creating them at all costs. Uncertainties are bad for sp.


V has dropped faster than any could have predicted and it may come back...However V also is down ~30%+ since Mark Smith and LGO Brass has claimed they see stabilized pricing and strength looking ahead. They are dead wrong so far with no address. LGO had the #'s but the market seems to need more or the slide will continue. Maybe a bigger change is needed.
