You start off talking about how speculation is the "enemy", and then proceed to spew out unbased opinions - Literally 100% speculation with 0 facts  - About VIVO.

But to get to the point, there ARE NOT 10 license left, APH got 5, ACB got 5, Demecan got 3.
I know pumpers are slow, but what does 5+5+3 equal?

There are NO license left in Germany, VIVO is out, after overselling a German deal for months they appear to be 100% out.  They had 10 days to appeal, but if I'm not mistaken it's already been 10 days no? Did you see a PR from VIVO?

But don't let facts get in the way of your pumping.... I asked before and I didn't get an answer so I'll ask again; Why is it that VIVO pumpers lie so much?
