RE:Something is Brewing.the OILS market is lighting up.. check out PUMP below 43 mil shares traded and the only news in going live on Germany exchange.  of course people are buying there due to lower price but the 600 mil shares is a lot. 
Can you imaging what is going to happen on H.C. approval at OILS   Time to take at least at entry position here.
