The fund is an actively managed exchangetraded fund ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in securities of companies that derive at least 50% of their net revenue from the marijuana and hemp business and in derivatives or other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It is nondiversified. I wouldn’t be in a rush. Genuine things takes time. I had emailed the company early April and they replied that by the end of April they are Launching Verve Beverage. That will definitely be huge. The company isn’t trying to sell the stocks cheaper but they have to because they need money for investment. Clearly people are speculating the worse and dropping out. I am in the same boat as you are. I have confidence that if the all the stock holders hold on tight then all will end well for us.
