RE:RE:RE:Financial report?Q4 being their annual report and fiscal year end, they have 120 days beginning on Jan 1 to file their annual FS and MD&A. Extra time is allowed due to the requirement of a full external audit which can take awhile. Quarterly filings have to be filed within 60 days after the end of the period as there is no audit requirements. Should be available on SEDAR before or on April 30th.
