The ratings game -

The ratings game - Analysts at National Bank Financial today downgraded AD from an “outperform” rating to a “sector perform” to a C$18.00 price objective on the stock,  from their prior price objective of C$21.50.   Previously Raymond James reissued a “market perform” rating and set a C$19.00 target price in a report  March 6th. Cormark lifted their target price on AD from C$21.50 to C$22.00 on March 7th, while CIBC lifted their target price  from C$19.00 to C$22.00 on, March 7th & finally RBC has an “outperform” rating and set a C$24.00 on March 4th.  - & so the point of this - - who is right?  My view is we are entering "buy" territory and any sell-off is a gift to buyers & anything below $18 is overdone.
