Q1 May 6Their next earnings report is May 6. I think we'll see analyst upgrades and a pump in price then. In anticipation of that, I think the price could go up to the 6.15 - 6.19 range before the ex-dividend date this month. Aside from that, we are a little too close to this stock to see the larger trend in REITs. I follow many stocks and I noticed that most REITs are down lately. Slate Office REIT is actually quite stable right now and has been for a month. Look at the charts objectively. The numbers and analyst comments are all favourable with SOT.UN. I highly recommend hanging in there for at least three more weeks to see the bump in May.
