With a little research, you will find that there is in fact an offtake agreement (Lepidico in Australia for the lepidolite lithium minerals at Separation Rapids) and a partnership at the East Kemptville Tin mine (Cronimet).
Here is a link to the 2018 President's Letter that will get you somewhat caught up on what's happening...

Atomicbear: Maybe I was not clear enough, but I limited my comments to the Nechalacho project and not the two others. I am not knowledgeable enough about the tin or the lithium projects. Obviously, if these two projects (or one of them) can finance the Nechalacho, so good for AVL shareholders and your problems are probably solved. On my side, before investing in AVL, I will need to better understand the other 2 projects and also understand how AVL business model is sustainable with the present market cap, the number of shares outstanding and the absence of short term cash flow. Obviously, if I decide to buy at some point, I will have missed shares at 5 cents, but I feel it is too risky right now for me (especially given what happened to MAT and QRM).
Good luck with your investment, Moulouk
