CCE and UCU

I heard CCE's CEO mentioning a potential partnership with UCU for separation purposes (this agreement took place around June 2017). Unless I did not look properly, I did not find anything mentionned in CCE MD&A since that time (with respect to potential progress or results). Can anyone point me as to where I should look to understand what happened after this deal was announced? I understand that UCU has entered legal battle for the ownership of the separation technology, but did anything happen prior to that?
