Reality of investing in start-ups

Reality of investing in start-upsIMO, this operation is perfectly legal, well planned and well executed by TV, the BOD and senior management. Despicable but legal. Ordinary shareholders funded the whole thing, namely the huge salaries of the top management. Ordinary shareholders will be the only losers, all other stakeholders will be fine. Now, again IMO, the last phase of this operation appears to be a well designed plan to get another 75 M$ from the public, leveraging the emotions and despair of regular people that have lost big on this company (often more that they could afford). Again despicable but perfectly legal. My humble suggestion is to avoid making an emotional decision with this investment and get professional advice. Sad sad story. GLTA
