If I want some JRV Jervois I can always buy it with their new North American listing.
However, I am buying Ecobalt shares at these prices and will use them to VOTE NO to the merger.

Ecobalt is vastly underpriced here as you intimate - the last time I bought Ecobalt at these prices it soared 7x higher afterwards.

And now I can get a bonus - I'll have more NO Votes with my added shares - I think it is really a good time to buy Ecoblat shares.  I think of these extra ' NO VOTES from buying more Ecobalt shares as warrants for our future independence.

Maybe someday I would look at buying JRV (if it had any money to build a mine) - but I am not buying JRV now - and certainly not with my Ecobalt shares.

As I said - if you like cheap JRV shares then go buy some - but do not try to drag Ecobalt share holders into accepting them!  

If one of those JRV company officers really wants to run our Ecobalt mine operation, then they should just apply for the job  - and we can dump some of the quitters we have in office now.
