The popularity of extra virgin olive oil is soaring, and for good reason. It’s a delicious, all-natural superfood renowned for its health-bestowing benefits.
Scientific studies have confirmed that extra virgin olive oil lowers bad cholesterol and cuts your risk of heart disease and stroke. It may help protect you against cancer, especially cancer of the breast, prostate, and colon. It can be a godsend for arthritis sufferers because it can reduce inflammation and ease joint pain without side effects.
According to The New York Times best-selling book Genius Foods , extra virgin olive oil “has been shown in large, long-term trials to protect the brain against decline and even improve cognitive function.” And, as reported in USA Today , “ Temple University research shows extra virgin olive oil protects against memory loss, preserves the ability to learn and reduces conditions associated with Alzheimer’s disease.”
Extra virgin olive oil also lowers blood pressure and reduces your risk of diabetes. If you want to avoid osteoporosis, olive oil is outstanding because it enables the calcium in your food to be better absorbed into your bones. Extra virgin olive oil is also loaded with antioxidants and polyphenols that help regulate your immune system and aid it in protecting your body against disease. Extra virgin olive oil contains zero carbs, which makes it ideal for those on the popular Paleo, keto, Atkins, and other low-carb diets
Something for a slow Thursday...noticed my INP Div has arrived...sadly Millions of INP Shareholder $$$ wasted on NCIB but no bump in div %. Why is that?
Noticed the BOD has told mngmnt...my opinion....what you are doing isn't working so we will sell the Co out from under your C Suite desks.

Unlocking shareholder value is not French for pi$$ing away shareholder $$$ on NCIB
