Good luck with that. The stocks don't seem comparable:
ALA - cut it's dividend, lowered earnings, analyst ratings cut. Stock dropped from $28 to $18 (36% loss). Basically a struggling company
NPI: raised its dividend, increased earnings, analyst top ratings. Stock dropped from $26 to $24 (8% loss). The drop is due to current excess shares supply.
Basically ALA is a speculative recovery play. NPI is a long term value creator. My money stays with NPI. Been accumulating 3x position between $23 and $24. Prior core position built between $18-$20. Love the 5% dividend.
