I would mush rather that they get an incentive in the form of options, or warrant's, then in $$$. As long as the amount that is given is in line with what is done by other mining co. The thing that amazes me is that M. Angelo only has 600,000 shares-options-warrants. did he sell some along the way? in spite of very generous share options, the co. will grow. imho
