RE:New to Acreage

RE:New to AcreageWell also went on the web site for Acerage and did not find any information on what they actually own?

I for one am not crazy about this deal.  Especially since I have no clue what Acerage actually owns.  If you go to their website and look at the history it talks about expansion, expansion but no real detail or info on what they actually own??

Seems very odd as well not sure why the share price is 22 bucks?  Is this company really worth 300 mill upfront to make some folks instant richer and then buy for 3.5 bill???

Sorry makes no sense to me, bad business is what I see.  The focus should be on Canopy Rivers not some wild venture where the shareholders can't even see what Acerage is really worth.
