cashed out of Van-City 2 years ago .Housingmarket going down steadly untill it will reach crisis propotions really not too far away from it. BC and National Gov. a Joke. Best move of my life to leave Canada for the South of Spain. Not perfect but what a different upscale lifestyle only waiting for the CAD $ to improve, to make life even cheaper down here.
