RE:RE:Core Isogenics There was a news release on April 12th for a monthly oil contract for 120 liters.

As for the 3000 liter's per month, that's from the "LDS Presentation" on the companies website. On the 16th slide of their presentation titled "Processing Profit Model", in regards to oil distillate, they state that "LDS is currently in negotiations with manufacturers on contracts that if completed would exceed 3,000 liters per month."

So, the April 12th announcement of 120 liters/month is most likely the first of many announcements regarding contracts for raw distillate. That being said, keep an eye out for more news releases like the one we got this week regarding contracts with farms for large scale cultivation.

LDS has the expertise and equipment to produce 4500 liters of oil per month. There's no shortage of demand for distillate, but obviously having enough biomass to produce large amounts of oil is a challenge. That's why contracts with farms are so crucial.
It'll take time, but expect to see more news releases from LDS for contracts with farms and raw distillate orders. Also, keep in mind that if distillate prices have rebounded to $10,000-$12,000/liter, then every 100 liters LDS sells is worth at least $1,000,000.
LDS has some pretty amazing potential, and now that the state isn't screwing everything up by changing its regulations every couple months like they did last year, LDS appears to finally be executing its business plan.
