It is more important to watch Canopy price than Acreage pricCaThanks.nopy is around $ 60 now. As per deal, we are at 0.58 x 60 = $ 34.80
We get $ 300 M now. Plus we get 58 % of Canopy price (upon legalization). So, after deal closes, we get price related to Canopy.
When Legalization will happen (STATES BILL will also do) is any one's guess. My opinion, it should happen in 2019.
