The Company distributes its products through third party retail outlets, as well as the Company's chain of branded dispensaries. It operates through two segments: THC Cannabis and CBD Wellness. THC Cannabis segment consists of five dispensaries and four production and cultivation facilities across Illinois and Massachusetts. Also, as part of its THC Cannabis segment, the Company leases real estate, sells equipment and supplies, and licenses intellectual property to cannabis producers in the state of Washington. Its dispensaries are branded under the MISSION retail brand. The Company’s CBD Wellness segment sells non-THC hemp derived products across the United States.

Future Takeover?

Hoping for news from Thursday's meeting!

I bought CNNX about 3 weeks before the halt, and it's been hard to contain my excitement ever since.

Will the new 4Front Ventures go-it-alone, or does anyone think they'll be a juicy takeover target for HARV, ALEF, or WEED?

The value of instrustry -leading cultivation with distribution and marketing in several legal states makes CNNX a beauty. Hopefully the vibe for MJ is good when they start trading again because I feel they have some catching up to do. Will be excited for the new Company's first 2 quarterly reports for some guidance re:how long I plan to hold.
