Holy, did he just say at the beginning of this video that "we are fully developed?" Central park nonsense, now this? Serious question: How does anyone take anything these guys say seriously? Where are these 4 million square feet coming from? Someone link me to the plans for this facility showing how they achieved this number or this is a blatantly false and misleading statement.
