RE:RE:RE:RE:What does "funded" mean?Really?  I was always under the impression, at least as far as EHT's business goes, that it required deposits before manufacturing and / or delivering its products.   Where is the reduction in risk of a deposit requirement be if you deliver the product to the site before getting the deposit?

And, can anyone confirm which entity has "funded" the project?  UNOPS? Ghana Ministry of Works?  I am just wondering what information was provided to EHT to lead it to release the term "funded"?  Does anyone know?
